Since my 2nd #book ALL ROADS DESTINED will be out sometime before the end of the year, I've decided to tell a little bit about the 1st one, ALL ROADS HOME that's already been available all over the internet & in 2 NY stores, lifting the shroud of mystery of what's really going on between the front and back covers of the ALL ROADS trilogy. ALL ROADS HOME contains 6 different Contents, 6 different types of dark fiction & storytelling. Let's walk through them now briefly, shall we? I promise to be quick...
ALL ROADS HOME ...1.The Outposts, has 7 chapters. At Beta Outpost four teenage boys live in a post apocalyptic world, where all that remains are 3 Outposts, 2 major cities, now ruled by the military and scientists, and a hidden frozen village. Trying desperately to heal the massive outbreak of women's cancers, the military and scientists work together to end the disease no matter who pays the price, including the women. At Gamma Outpost, we meet a group of younger boys, who's older brothers want to be rid the Military that they feel are holding them back. From Alpha Outpost we meet 2 sweet girls who are cancer resistant and meet up eventually with one of the main characters. The OUTPOST stories will run continually through the ALL ROADS trilogy. So an OUTPOSTS II will be in part 1 of ALL ROADS DESTINED, coming out later this yr.
ALL ROADS HOME Part 2 is labeled The Enduring, as these 6 dark/sad fiction stories are more about life or awareness although of course, some of them do have that unnatural twist about them.
Part 3, The Oddities, are another 6 short dark fiction tales that contain the macabre, the dead, the afterlife and mind control.
ALL ROADS HOME part 4, in The Particulars I've written 5 pieces, short stories, poems and an essay that are BASED on real life events growing up in the reality of city life and loss of friendships.
Part 5 are The Fragments, 7 poems about depression, abandonment and being victimized.
And finally, in part 6, are actual workable Play Versions of 5 of my dark short stories found inside the book.
ALL ROADS HOME has 36 dark short stories, odd poems, and plays that deal with isolation, depression, loss, coping, horror, the supernatural, and sci-fi. The upcoming, ALL ROADS DESTINED will contain a longer continuation of the post apocalyptic/sci-fi Outposts in the first section, The Outposts II. In part 2, The Enduring has five dark short stories that linger on the unnatural and odd side and then part 3, The Fragments has 15 poems of urgent struggle and destination.
